It works okay most days, but I’ve had a few crashes when I was updating things. Maybe it was just bad timing, but of course it happened right when I needed everything to run smoothly...

I ordered something from mackiev.com, and as far as I could tell, the final charge ended up being the same as what I saw during checkout, so that part was basically okay.
The slightly confusing part was that the receipt and billing info didn’t show up super clearly right away, or at least it felt like it took a bit. I ended up checking my card statement just to make sure everything matched, which was kind of a hassle.

Overall, the billing seemed accurate enough, but the whole process could probably be a bit clearer. Not terrible, just mildly annoying. I’d say it’s around 3 stars.

My photos still don’t sync unless I restart the app, and it’s getting really annoying. On top of that, I keep having to go through verification over and over like it’s the first time I’ve used it. Just feels like a hassle for something that should be simple.

I’ve been using software from mackiev.com for a while now, it’s been really solid. It doesn’t randomly crash or freeze up like some other programs I’ve dealt with, and that matters to me because good software shouldn’t waste people’s time or risk their work. It opens quickly, saves everything fine, and just does what it’s supposed to do. I had one small issue after an update, but a quick restart fixed it. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel good using something that actually respects the user

I mainly used MacKiev to move some old files over, the import part was mostly okay. A couple of files randomly took way longer than I expected, and I had to retry them, which made me instantly a little annoyed, but they did eventually go through.
The exporting part is where I kind of went, “Wait, what am I supposed to pick?” It worked in the end, so I can’t say it was a disaster, but the options weren’t super obvious to me. Overall, it was usable, just not something I’d call smooth

I asked for a refund and was a bit worried I’d end up out of pocket, but they handled it quickly with no hassle. The money came back fine, so I’m relieved.

I had to try activating the license a second time, but after that it went through without any issues. The site was easy to follow, and the whole process was straightforward. I had my software up and running soon after. Not totally perfect, but still a good experience overall

Support was slow. I’d send a message and then just kind of wait around for days, and when they finally replied it felt like they were copying and pasting the usual troubleshooting steps instead of really looking at what I’d explained. The issue did get fixed in the end, so that’s good, but I had to keep following up and nudging them along, which got frustrating after a while.

I ran into the same issue again where the download just wasn’t available when I needed it. It was frustrating because I was trying to access it right away and couldn’t get what I needed.

I’ve been loyal to another brand for years, so I wasn’t totally sure how I’d feel about making the switch and doing this upgrade. It did take a little longer than I hoped, but everything went through fine and I didn’t run into any real issues. Not sure I’m fully converted yet, but this was a solid experience

They got back to me quick, and I can’t say they didn’t keep me updated the whole time.

After an update, my software wouldn’t open at all, and I was frustrated. It took a little back and forth, but they stuck with it and stayed helpful the whole time. Definitely a better experience than I’ve had with some other software support. Glad it’s running again.

I’m using it on my Mac, and overall it works fine. I did run into a small setup issue on Ventura, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. Once I got past that, everything seemed to run smoothly.

I had a problem and emailed support, but the replies took way too long. Like, I was waiting days just to hear back. When they finally did respond, the answer was basic and didn’t really solve much. The product itself is okay, but having to wait that long for help is super frustrating. It’s not the worst experience ever, but yeah, support definitely needs to be faster.

I was told there would be regular updates, but I’m still sitting here waiting. It’s frustrating when promises are made and then nothing really happens for ages. Updates take way too long, and at this point it just feels like they keep saying it’s coming without actually following through
